GAME-CHANGER SKILLS and GAMES

Hockey and skating skills with small area games. Our 3x3 games have objective-based skill rules to help skaters improve. Termite, Mite/8U, Squirt/10U, PW, 12U-14U-15U, Bantam.  HS/College/Jrs Advanced Skills & Games - 2 hr sessions!

Cost:

All Sessions: $15/session. Register for the sessions that fit your schedule!

BANTAM CHECKING CLINIC

Clinic to help players transition to Bantams. Learn proper body contact techniques to disable the opponent safely.  Learn to give and receive body checks, angling, and positioning.  Increase confidence to play aggressively while avoiding injury. Maximum: 20 skaters.

Cost:

Clinic: $80 for 4 hour clinic.

SKATING INSTRUCTION

Intro to Skating is intended for first time and beginning skater.  Sessions for 4 year olds and up, older children, and adult learners.

 

Skating Instruction teaches power-skating to get the most out of your edges with the least effort to improve stamina.  Proper stride, edges, explosive starts, stops, power turns, agility, transitions, and balance.

Cost:

Intro to Skating: $10 for 1/2 hr session. 

Adult Learn to Skate:  $15/session

Skating Instruction:  $15/session

GOALIE INSTRUCTION

Goalie Coach Ryan Faragher mentors goalies to improve confidence and competitiveness. Goalie stance, movement and on-ice mobility, skating, shot preparation, recovery, and game situations.  

Cost:

Schedule indicates sessions that include goalie instruction.
